Partnering with Reach University

Need to find and train highly-effective teachers and leaders from your community? Reach University will help you recruit and upskill existing talent to fill critical short- and long-term vacancies, aligned to your grade and subject-level educator needs.

Many of our partners already have talented staff who need degrees to become certified teachers. With our partnership program, these staff members continue working in the classroom — and our flexible online course load empowers them to immediately apply learning to the workplace while they work toward their degree and teaching credential.

By offering practical and flexible coursework, an experienced faculty of expert current and former practitioners, and unwavering support for students and partners alike, Reach helps turn school employees into debt-free, degree-holding, highly qualified teachers.

When the Russellville City School District needed bilingual talent to support the changing demographics of our community, we utilized Reach’s apprenticeship degree to successfully recruit and train local educators — and the impact of this benefit was seen almost immediately.

Southeastern Arkansas has one of the largest qualified teacher shortages in the state, and the more hands-on career exposure we can provide to local residents, the more effective we will become in building a pipeline of paraprofessionals-to-teachers.
