Paid work, a college degree, no student loan debt, and a path to a rewarding career.

Reach University Teachers College
Reach University offers Apprenticeship Degrees designed for adults working at least 15 hours per week in a classroom setting.
It’s both a higher education program and a career pathway. In other words, you’re not preparing for a career — you’re actually doing it while you’re learning it.
Reach is different from other colleges & universities
Efficiency
Half of the learning comes from what learners already do in their full-time jobs, which counts toward the degree and certification (as applicable) credit hours. Apprentices can work full-time while completing the program on a standard timeline. We also work with candidates to ensure prior college credits are transferred.
Flexibility
Interactive Reach Tutorial Method seminars are held after work hours on nights and weekends. More than 90% of apprentices surveyed report not having to miss work, travel far from home, or face challenges with childcare.
Relevance & Applicability
Our curriculum is 100% job-embedded, connecting theory with practice through rigorous coursework employing inquiry and dialogue in seminars and tutorials to achieve learning objectives. More than 90% of apprentices surveyed report that their coursework and on-the-job experiences prepared them for the responsibilities on the job.
Affordability
After grants and scholarships, the expected out-of-pocket contribution for full-time undergraduate candidates is $75 per month throughout the degree experience – with zero student loan debt. This affordable pricing is made possible through a combination of grants, scholarships, and private philanthropic support. All applicants must submit the FAFSA annually, but income does not influence an undergraduate’s annual cost. Every candidate is offered the same flat rate of $900 per year, which can be paid by the candidate’s employer or the candidate directly.
Professional Capital
Applicants are recruited and nominated by our partner employers and ascend within their workplace to fill critical vacancies. The Apprenticeship Degree starts with a job and ends with a better one.
