Professors of practice are core to our model

Just as we value the real-life work experience of candidates, we value professors who are immersed in their real-life work — because they make better teachers.

ABOUT OUR FACULTY

Practicing what we profess

Reach employs distinguished faculty with the highest academic qualifications and  extensive professional success. Nearly half of Reach’s faculty are former teachers and Principals of the Year in their home states.

Both our Professors of Practice and our candidates work as full-time employees in classrooms, so they experience similar challenges and opportunities. This shared experience enhances the learning environment, making it more relevant and impactful.

In seminars, our student-to-teacher ratio is 25 students per faculty member, so candidates benefit from ample interaction, discussion, and dialogue with professors. Learning at Reach is synchronous, offering a more engaging experience than many other remote-learning degrees.
