Welcome to Reach
We believe that great teaching is at the heart of every great school. Our bachelor’s degree program supports local schools and communities by putting individuals on a pathway to teaching that transforms educational experiences for children.
Reach University's undergraduate program is uniquely intended for paraprofessionals, classroom aides, and other school employees seeking to complete a bachelor’s degree. Reach offers school systems a unique opportunity for staff already employed at your school/district to obtain credit for the work they do by turning their experience and knowledge into college credit.
Our full-time, online B.A. in Liberal Studies Program is intentionally built for working adults. Candidates earn college credit while working at one of our partner schools. Classes are scheduled in the evenings to accommodate work schedules and other obligations. All candidates are matched with an advisor who works with the candidate to promote a successful transition to college and provide regular check-ins and monitoring of progress toward degree attainment.
Emphasizing content and methods, this undergraduate experience ultimately centers on preparing candidates for a teacher certification pathway while acquiring the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as educators. After completing the bachelor’s degree, candidates interested in pursuing teaching may be eligible to enroll in a state-authorized teacher certification program. Find additional answers to your questions and learn about degree pathway options in the Partners Knowledge Base.
